Terms of Use

These Terms cover the website at www.nitiassistai.com and describe, in outline, the NitiAssist AI product. Use of the product by a department is governed by that department’s separate licence agreement, which takes precedence over anything in these Terms to the extent of any conflict.
1. The website
The website is published by Praxeum Intelligence Private Limited for general information. You may read it and link to it. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute its text, images or product recordings for commercial use without our written permission.
Figures shown on the website are drawn from our own evaluation corpus and from the public sources cited beside them. They describe the state of the product at the date shown and are updated as the corpus grows. They are provided for information and do not constitute a warranty of future performance.
2. The product
NitiAssist AI is made available to government departments under licence. Access is granted only to adjudicators designated by a licensed department. The product is not offered to the general public, and nothing on this website is an offer to license the product to any individual.
3. A tool, operated by the adjudicator
NitiAssist AI does not adjudicate, decide, or exercise any authority. It drafts, checks and reasons; the adjudicator decides. The adjudicator who uses the product remains the adjudicating authority, retains full discretion over the proceedings, and is responsible for the decision taken, the order signed, and the manner in which the tool is used, including what material is placed into it.
Where the product indicates that it cannot reconcile a draft with the record, it returns the question to the adjudicator for determination. That is the intended behaviour, not a defect.
4. No legal advice
Nothing on the website, and no output of the product, constitutes legal advice or a legal opinion. Outputs are drafts and verifications provided for review and determination by the responsible adjudicator.
5. Intellectual property
The product, including its models, prompts, interfaces, and the NitiAssist AI name and marks, belongs to Praxeum Intelligence Private Limited. Orders and documents drafted by an adjudicator using the product belong to the department, as provided in that department’s licence agreement.
6. Warranties
The website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind except as required by law. Warranties relating to the product itself are addressed in the department’s licence agreement.
7. Limitation of liability

8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have jurisdiction.

9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the “last updated” date above changes. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
